Mr. Carmack, Tiësto, Afrojack and are among the acts that have been added to the increasingly stacked 2016 lineup at Ultra South Africa. The billing already boasted headliners like Skrillex, Zedd, Dash Berlin, Galantis and Seth Troxler, but the three day, two city affair felt that was not enough to satisfy their South African fans.
Ultra South Africa is the first Ultra Music Festival of the season, taking place about one month before the festival's main event in Miami towards the end of March. Ultra South Africa will take place in two locations, each one getting a two-day festival.
Things will kick off on Feb. 26 at the Nasrec Expo Centre in Johannesburg, ending the following day on Feb. 27. That same day, Feb. 27, things will get under way to the Southwest in Cape Town at The Ostrich Ranch until Feb. 28. Tickets are on sale now for both festivals in Johannesburg and Capetown starting at R1250 and R1000 respectively for GA passes.
