Photo by Mike Power. Burning man was nothing like I've ever seen. A Drug induced House music dominated electric carnival on vehicles that spans over 15 miles long. There needs to be more hip hop. For 7 days You bike around from art car to art car as hundreds of them cruise around at 10 mph and blast music; hundreds of Moving dance parties in a huge open playa. The burning man, to me, represented a fiery renewal of human spirit, and the burning temple represented an overwhelming release of emotion, lost ones, and old wounds. Ah, and The object is to leave without a trace; everyone picks up everything, from plastic wrappers to bottle caps. Black rock city works.
